I don’t drink such beverages as pepsi, sprite, and fanta. I don’t drink any mineral water with gas either. You should know that salt and soda delay the output of water from your organism, which prevents the slimming process. You should quit eating fast food, mayonnaise, and ketchup.
    Don’t forget to drink water and green tea as much as possible.
    You should have a substantial breakfast, a normal dinner, and a light supper following the proverb: “Eat breakfast yourself, share dinner with a friend, give supper to an enemy.”
    Try to eat from small tableware, it is very important. If you eat a little but from a big plate, you won’t eat plenty visually and will feel really hungry.
    You should eat for the last time four hours before bedtime. If you eat just before bedtime, your stomach won’t have enough time to digest food and will work when you sleep, but it is very bad for your stomach.
    Besides, you should exercise. Swimming, running, gym or just morning exercises will help to keep your body in good shape. There are many different kinds of sport, and you can take any, which interests you. You should select sports and exercises depending on the part of body, which you would like to correct.
    In conclusion, I would like to say that there are also many different diets up to starvation, but, if you are a teen or health doesn’t let you do it, I advise you to reject this idea and make your choice in favor of healthy eating and sport.
    Меня зовут Светлана, мне 15 лет. Я вешу 43 кг. Я считаю, что у меня нормальная фигура, но некоторые люди говорят, что я очень худая. Временами люди спрашивают меня: «Что ты делаешь, чтобы сохранить фигуру?» Сейчас я хочу рассказать об этом.
    Если ты хочешь сохранить фигуру, следует исключить некоторые продукты из твоего рациона: жареную пищу, соленую, сладкую… Я не ем чипсы, вредные конфеты с красителями и искусственными консервантами. Я не пью такие напитки как пепси, спрайт и фанта. Я не пью никакую минеральную воду с газами. Тебе следует знать, что соленая пища и газированная вода препятствуют выходу жидкости из твоего организма, что мешает процессу похудения. Следует перестать есть фаст фуд, майонез и кетчуп.
    Не забывай пить воду и зеленый чай как можно чаще.
    Тебе следует плотно завтракать, нормально обедать и легко ужинать, следуя пословице: «Завтрак съешь сам, обед раздели с другом, а ужин отдай врагу».
    Старайся есть из маленькой посуды, это очень важно. Если ты ешь мало, но из большой тарелки, ты не насытишься визуально и будешь чувствовать голод реально.
    Следует есть последний раз за четыре часа до сна. Если ты ешь непосредственно перед сном, твой желудок не будет иметь достаточно времени, чтобы переварить еду, и будет работать, когда ты спишь, но это очень плохо для желудка.
    Кроме того, тебе следует упражняться. Плавание, бег, спортивный зал или просто утренняя зарядка помогут держать фигуру в хорошей форме. Существует множество видов спорта, и ты можешь выбрать тот, который тебя интересует. Следует подыскать спорт и упражнения в зависимости от части тела, которую ты желаешь подкорректировать.
    В заключение я хочу сказать, что также много различных диет, вплоть до голода, но, если ты подросток, или здоровье не позволяет, я советую отказаться от этой идеи и сделать выбор в пользу здорового питания и спорта.
