List of Human Rights
As a member of the human race, have you ever thought about the list of human rights you are entitled to, by birth? The following article will cover some of UN list of human rights and bring you face to face with rights that bring equality among one and all. It is my right to vote. We are all aware of this one statement that comes up often during an election. And this statement Right to Vote is rather synonymous with elections. There are many who are aware of the right of ‘choose not to vote’ and those who are not aware, choose to remain ignorant. Anyway, the point here is, there are many rights conferred to an individual from the minute one is conceived in the mother’s womb. They are called human rights, trampled upon every now and then, around the world. If you are wondering what are the human rights of a fetus, well, it simply is the right to be born and live freely! Until and unless someone steps on to our freedom, binding us with unwanted issues, we never ever think about human rights. In this article, we shall discuss some of the basic list of human rights. As an individual, living in free countries like US, UK, Australia, the real meaning of human rights is taken for granted. Why? We live in free countries and are allowed to speak as we wish, do as we please, and live as we like. Thus, we never actually understand what it is to feel our human rights begin violated. There are yet many countries where the basic right to education, to speak, to express oneself, or for a woman or girl to walk around the market, without a male blood relative as a chaperon, are constantly violated. Even in our, so called free, countries where one has the freedom of choice, there are many human rights violated at every step. Racism, sexual discrimination, religious discrimination, child labor, female infanticide, are just a few of these violated human rights.
A right is said to be a moral principle that defines and sanctions a person’s freedom of action in a social setup. Life is a process that requires one to carry out self sustenance and fulfill the needs of one’s own life. A right is an expression of liberty and freedom from all kinds of physical, mental compulsions, coercions and interference by other people. A human right is held by each person, without being infringed upon by others for their selfish needs. Before we celebrate human rights day, we should first give a thought to the innumerable violations carried out against the same. It is very common fact for us that each person is entitled to basic human rights under any kind of circumstances. Most of these human rights include civil rights and political rights. However, one tends to forget the most fundamental human rights to life and safety. These human rights include justice, tolerance, mutual respect and above all human dignity. Human rights protection is a testimonial that ensures each person receives some degree of humane treatment, as well as the dignity of being human. However, there are millions around the world, whose fundamental rights are denied, and are treated as something less than human. They are robbed off their dignity and respect of begin a part of the human race. This interference with a person’s right is called human right’s violation. There are many kinds, types and degrees of human rights violations. Let us see some in the list of human rights violations in the following paragraphs.
Human rights violations includes death of innocent people due to war. A war brings suffering and devastation, irrespective of the cause. The fundamental rights of an individual is assaulted during a war. Torture, capture, prisoners of war, slavery, etc. are all types of human rights violations due to war. Genocide is one of the biggest human rights violations. Genocides can occur due to racial enmity, religious wars, or singling out an ethnic group.
Starvation, lack of medical help, lack of food, torture, human trafficking under the hands of political lords, etc, all come under human rights violations. When the freedom to speak, express, write, move around one’s own country or city are curbed and put under restriction, it results in human rights violations. Laws that do not allow intra-racial marriages, inter caste marriages, same-sex marriages also form violation of human rights. One cannot take away the right to love whosoever the heart desires from an individual. There are still many human rights violations that involve racism and skin color. Individual’s are still singled out based on their skin color, ethnicity and nationality.
On a more recognizable ground, human rights violations also include employment discrimination, banning the rights of an individual to wear what they please, tapping of phone calls, discrimination based on disability, etc. In some countries, women are not allowed to be born! Yes, female infanticide is still rampant in countries like India, and its neighboring Asian regions. There are many countries where women are not allowed a right to education, freedom to choose the man they want to marry, and are kept as slaves than wives, mothers or sisters.
One of the greatest human rights violations is the crime against women. There is no bigger human rights violations other than rape. Women, girls, are raped and sexually tortured all around the world. Women are forced into prostitution and sexual slavery, during war and even during peace. There are many forced pregnancies and forced abortions carried out on women. Sexual mutilation and sexual humiliations are human rights violations that many women young and old have to face. And this is not just seen in barbaric, under developed, war ridden or male dominated societies around the world. Rape and sexual exploitation of women is also common in the so called developed and civilized countries we live in. I am sure many women will agree there is rampant sexual harassment faced by them in their jobs, while traveling and even made passes at, by those they think are their confidants.
Child abuse is another form of human rights violation, where children are forced and violated physically, mentally as well as sexually. Child labor is a human rights violation that takes away the freedom of being a child from a child. There is nothing more sinful than taking away or denying the right to education from a child. Workers toiling under harsh conditions and not begin paid their fair remuneration. Low wages, poor working conditions and in humane treatment melted out are also some of the human rights violations.
A new form of human rights violation is facing the world. Terrorism is carried out in the name of religion, just cause or a way to throw away an oppressor. There is no justifiable cause that can support and promote killing of innocent people and destruction of hard-earned property and economy. This was a small list of human rights violations. After the end of World War II, United Nations (UN), a world-wide organizations came into existence on 24 October 1945. This organization was created by 5 nations; United Kingdom, United States of America, the Soviet Union, France and China. These nations roped in other 47 nations around the world to safeguard the human rights of future generations from war. Over the years more nations joined and today there are more than 191 nations a part of United Nations.

At first, every key event in one’s destiny must be fixed in legal documents: birth certificate confirms the childbirth, marriage certificate – the family creation, employment record shows the profession and work experience… Besides, a large purchase (for example, of a house or a car) demands a special contract or a license.

Sometimes, only a specialist of jurisprudence can resolve problems tied with legal documents. A tourist goes to a legal counsel if there is something wrong with his insurance policy; a businessman asks for a legal advice to make a trade agreement more efficient; a person wanting to compose a will must use a notary’s services. Therefore, people need lawyers constantly, in their everyday life.

However, I study at the faculty of law to become an attorney and to work in court. Law is significant not only as a system of documents but also as a regulator of social life preserving ethical norms. Local, state and international laws exist to establish and protect human rights, especially if a person suffers from an offense or a crime. In this situation, the court determines a right and a guilty and appoint punishment in accordance with the guilt – a fine, administrative arrest, or even imprisonment.

My dream is to protect human rights in the criminal law: in theft, fraud, murder trials. An attorney should carefully examine the case, the testimony of witnesses and the accused’s personality to achieve justice and avoid a judicial error. Of course, this work is extremely serious and responsible, but important like nothing else.

Education plays a very important role in our life. It is one of the most valuable possessions a man can get in his life.
During all the periods of human history education ranked high among people. Human progress mostly depended upon well-educated people. We get our knowledge of this world and life through education. Many famous discoveries would have been impossible if people were not interested in learning something. Self-education is very important for the development of human’s talents. Only through self-education a person can become a harmonically developed personality.
A person becomes a highly qualified specialist after getting some special education. And professionalism can be reached only through it. Even highly qualified specialists from time to time attend refresher courses to refresh their knowledge.
Education develops all sides of human personality, reveals his abilities. Besides, it helps a person to understand himself, to choose the right way in this world. The civilized state differs from others in the fact that it pays much attention to the educational policy. John Kennedy said: “Our progress as a nation can be no swifter than our progress in education”. But it doesn’t concern only one particular nation. We know that science and art belong to the whole world. Before them the barriers of nationality disappear. So education brings people closer to each other, helps them to understand each other better.

Когда на свет появляется ребенок, говорят: «Родился новый человек». А для чего он рождается? Что ждет это крошечное существо? Как он будет жить? Кто будет его охранять, защищать? Что можно и что нельзя делать ему в этом мире? С кем он будет жить?.. Вопросы эти можно перечислять еще очень долго, потому что впереди целая жизнь, длинная дорога, при прохождении которой потребуется много сил, знаний и возможностей. Этот малыш еще не знает своих прав и обязанностей. Но они у него уже есть! Он родился! И этим уже доказал свое первое право – право на жизнь. Ребенок становится полноправным гражданином страны. Каждый из нас имеет право на имя, фамилию, гражданство.
Двенадцатое марта – очень значимый для меня и моих родителей день. Именно в этот день, почти пятнадцать лет назад, родилась я – Чиркова Алсу Максимовна, гражданка России. В свои годы я хорошо знаю, какие права у меня есть и какие обязанности я должна выполнять. В первую очередь у ребенка есть права на семью! Мое рождение с нетерпением ждали мои родители, я у них – первый ребенок! Считаю, что семья – это самое важное право человека, в особенности детей, потому что, каким вырастет ребенок, во многом зависит от того, как относятся к жизни его родители. Именно они должны постепенно приучать своих детей жить в обществе.
Семья – защита от обид,
Для малышей она как щит,
Как прочная она броня,
От холода и от огня.
Родители с самого раннего возраста приучили меня к таким обязанностям, как убирать за собой игрушки, не мусорить на улице, уважать старших, не обижать младших, соблюдать правила дорожного движения и др.
Когда мне исполнилось 7 лет, я пошла в первый класс. Тогда же получила еще одно право – право на получение бесплатного среднего образования. Придя в школу, мы услышали о своих новых обязанностях: носить школьную форму, беречь учебники, готовить домашнее задание, уважать учителей и весь персонал школы. Сейчас я учусь в восьмом классе. В нашем классе учатся абсолютно разные дети. У нас разные национальности, семейные традиции и интересы. Несмотря на различия, у нас одинаковые права. Все мы имеем право на равное обращение. Это значат, что к мальчику нельзя относиться хуже, чем к девочке потому, что он мальчик. Нельзя относиться плохо к тому, кто выглядит по-другому или чем-то отличается от окружающих. Не важно, какой мы национальности, или на каком языке мы разговариваем, насколько богата наша семья, или какие у нас родители. Не важно, какие у нас религиозные взгляды, убеждения и мнения, а также то, здоровы мы или больны. Мы – люди одной страны, а значит, мы все равны!
Не всегда жизнь ребенка зависит от него самого. Не секрет, что некоторые дети воспитываются в неблагополучных семьях, родители выпивают, обижают своих детей. Ребенок не виноват, что родился в такой семье. Как говорится, «сын за отца не отвечает». Такие родители нарушают права ребенка: к детям нельзя жестоко относиться! Много и таких детей, которые, к несчастью, теряют своих родителей и волею судьбы становятся сиротами. Такие дети имеют право на опеку и заботу со стороны государства. Не один ребенок не должен чувствовать себя забытым, нелюбимым и отвергнутым.
Прав еще много: права на медицинскую помощь, наследование, жилище, благоприятную окружающую среду и др. Все они описаны в специальных документах.
Дети в нашей стране защищены. Наше государство заботится о каждом из нас. Мы должны знать свои права и обязанности и стремиться к безоговорочному их исполнению. Если мы будем исполнять все наши обязанности, то добьемся хороших результатов сначала в учебе, а потом и в жизни в целом. А может, прославим нашу Родину яркими достижениями и новыми открытиями!

The most interesting is, that the man all his life has the rights, but sometimes he does not think about use of these rights. Since the birth the man has the rights thanks to the constitution and legal laws of the country. Still the baby he has a right to receive bottle-feeding and nursing. If parents do not observe and do not provide the child`s right the state system takes care of him.
Sometimes children of kindergarten age have alreadystarted to learn these rights. For example, it is the right to the property. It occurs, when the child only has started to go to the kindergarten and other children take away his toy to play. On the one hand the child is right that he does not wish to give a toy, but with another – parents who bringing up the kid say that it is necessary to share. And this is the right, probably, one of the first and the most important which is learnt by the child. It is the mutual aid right, instead of the right to the property: the girl has a teddy bear, and the boy has not it; it means it is necessary also to allow the boy to play with a bear. After all it is necessary to help each other in the life, instead of to be greedy. For me it is the most important right and a rule in my life.
I would like to tell about such right which the man forgets becoming adult. In the constitution of the Russian Federation there is a right to private life. But sometimes adult people forget about it. Also they can prevent from a family creation. It is in that case if parents against the guy of the girl or on the contrary. Then the young man or the girl obey seniors, and the new family falls before it has time to be formed. In spite of the fact that since the childhood we listen: obey seniors, they know what is better. Actually it is not always so. It turns out that adults have broken the rights of young couple on the private life.
In our country, and in any another as it seems to me, the consumer rights are not respected most often. Very often, when the consumer asks to replace the rejected goods or to return money for it, sellers in the shop start to demand wrapper, to appoint long terms for checking rejects and the most important thing they never return money, only if there is no behind the buyer`s back a film-making team from television channel. Actually we will very rarely sue against such unfair seller or the owner of shop because nobody would like to waste time on such bothersome affair.
For me the right is a system of moral rules anywhere not registered, and the established legal laws of the Russian Federation. I consider, that every person himself solves what rights are important for him and it is necessary or not to struggle for their observance.
Самое интересное, что у человека всю жизнь есть права, но иногда он не задумывается об использовании этих прав. С самого рождения у человека есть права благодаря конституции и юридическим законам страны. Еще младенцем у него есть право получать питание и уход. Если же родители не соблюдают и не обеспечивают права ребенка, то государственная система начинает о нем заботиться.
Иногда дети детсадовского возраста уже начинают познавать эти права. Например, право на собственность. Это происходит, когда ребенок только начал ходить в садик и другие дети отбирают у него игрушку поиграть. С одной стороны ребенок прав, что не хочет отдавать игрушку, но с другой – родители, которые воспитывают малыша, говорят, что нужно делиться. И это право, наверное, одно из первых и самых важных, которое узнает ребенок. Право взаимопомощи, а не право на собственность: у девочки есть медведь, а у мальчика нет; значит надо и мальчику дать поиграть медведем. Ведь в жизни надо помогать друг другу, а не жадничать. Для меня это самое главное право и правило в жизни.
Мне хотелось бы сказать о таком праве, о котором человек забывает в ходе взросления. В конституции РФ есть право на личную жизнь. Но иногда взрослые люди забывают об этом. И могут помешать созданию семьи. Это в том случае если родители против парня девушки или наоборот. Тогда молодой человек или девушка слушаются старших, и новая семья рушится, не успев образоваться. Несмотря на то, что нам с детства говорят: слушайся старших, они лучше знают. На самом деле это не всегда так. Получается, взрослые нарушили права молодых на личную жизнь.
В нашей стране, да и в любой другой, как мне кажется, наиболеечасто не уважаются права потребителя. Очень часто, когда потребитель просит заменить бракованный товар или отдать за него деньги, продавцы в магазине начинают требовать упаковку, назначать долгие сроки для проверки брака и самое главное никогда не отдают деньги, только если не присутствует за спиной покупателя съемочная команда с телеканала. На самом деле редко кто из нас подаст в суд на такого недобросовестного продавца или владельца магазина, так как никому не хочется тратить время на такое хлопотное дело.
Для меня право – это система моральных правил нигде не прописанных, и установленных юридических законов РФ. Я считаю, что каждый человек сам решает, какие права для него важны и следует или нет бороться за их соблюдение.

List of Human Rights
As a member of the human race, have you ever thought about the list of human rights you are entitled to, by birth? The following article will cover some of UN list of human rights and bring you face to face with rights that bring equality among one and all.
It is my right to vote. We are all aware of this one statement that comes up often during an election. And this statement Right to Vote is rather synonymous with elections. There are many who are aware of the right of ‘choose not to vote’ and those who are not aware, choose to remain ignorant. Anyway, the point here is, there are many rights conferred to an individual from the minute one is conceived in the mother’s womb. They are called human rights, trampled upon every now and then, around the world. If you are wondering what are the human rights of a fetus, well, it simply is the right to be born and live freely! Until and unless someone steps on to our freedom, binding us with unwanted issues, we never ever think about human rights. In this article, we shall discuss some of the basic list of human rights.
What is the List of Human Rights
As an individual, living in free countries like US, UK, Australia, the real meaning of human rights is taken for granted. Why? We live in free countries and are allowed to speak as we wish, do as we please, and live as we like. Thus, we never actually understand what it is to feel our human rights begin violated. There are yet many countries where the basic right to education, to speak, to express oneself, or for a woman or girl to walk around the market, without a male blood relative as a chaperon, are constantly violated. Even in our, so called free, countries where one has the freedom of choice, there are many human rights violated at every step. Racism, sexual discrimination, religious discrimination, child labor, female infanticide, are just a few of these violated human rights.
A right is said to be a moral principle that defines and sanctions a person’s freedom of action in a social setup. Life is a process that requires one to carry out self sustenance and fulfill the needs of one’s own life. A right is an expression of liberty and freedom from all kinds of physical, mental compulsions, coercions and interference by other people. A human right is held by each person, without being infringed upon by others for their selfish needs. Before we move on the list of human rights, let us first discuss the list of human rights violations.
Human Rights Violations
Before we celebrate human rights day, we should first give a thought to the innumerable violations carried out against the same. It is very common fact for us that each person is entitled to basic human rights under any kind of circumstances. Most of these human rights include civil rights and political rights. However, one tends to forget the most fundamental human rights to life and safety. These human rights include justice, tolerance, mutual respect and above all human dignity. Human rights protection is a testimonial that ensures each person receives some degree of humane treatment, as well as the dignity of being human. However, there are millions around the world, whose fundamental rights are denied, and are treated as something less than human. They are robbed off their dignity and respect of begin a part of the human race. This interference with a person’s right is called human right’s violation. There are many kinds, types and degrees of human rights violations. Let us see some in the list of human rights violations in the following paragraphs.
Human rights violations includes death of innocent people due to war. A war brings suffering and devastation, irrespective of the cause. The fundamental rights of an individual is assaulted during a war. Torture, capture, prisoners of war, slavery, etc. are all types of human rights violations due to war. Genocide is one of the biggest human rights violations. Genocides can occur due to racial enmity, religious wars, or singling out an ethnic group.
Starvation, lack of medical help, lack of food, torture, human trafficking under the hands of political lords, etc, all come under human rights violations. When the freedom to speak, express, write, move around one’s own country or city are curbed and put under restriction, it results in human rights violations. Laws that do not allow intra-racial marriages, inter caste marriages, same-sex marriages also form violation of human rights. One cannot take away the right to love whosoever the heart desires from an individual. There are still many human rights violations that involve racism and skin color. Individual’s are still singled out based on their skin color, ethnicity and nationality.
On a more recognizable ground, human rights violations also include employment discrimination, banning the rights of an individual to wear what they please, tapping of phone calls, discrimination based on disability, etc. In some countries, women are not allowed to be born! Yes, female infanticide is still rampant in countries like India, and its neighboring Asian regions. There are many countries where women are not allowed a right to education, freedom to choose the man they want to marry, and are kept as slaves than wives, mothers or sisters.
One of the greatest human rights violations is the crime against women. There is no bigger human rights violations other than rape. Women, girls, are raped and sexually tortured all around the world. Women are forced into prostitution and sexual slavery, during war and even during peace. There are many forced pregnancies and forced abortions carried out on women. Sexual mutilation and sexual humiliations are human rights violations that many women young and old have to face. And this is not just seen in barbaric, under developed, war ridden or male dominated societies around the world. Rape and sexual exploitation of women is also common in the so called developed and civilized countries we live in. I am sure many women will agree there is rampant sexual harassment faced by them in their jobs, while traveling and even made passes at, by those they think are their confidants.
Child abuse is another form of human rights violation, where children are forced and violated physically, mentally as well as sexually. Child labor is a human rights violation that takes away the freedom of being a child from a child. There is nothing more sinful than taking away or denying the right to education from a child. Workers toiling under harsh conditions and not begin paid their fair remuneration. Low wages, poor working conditions and in humane treatment melted out are also some of the human rights violations.
A new form of human rights violation is facing the world. Terrorism is carried out in the name of religion, just cause or a way to throw away an oppressor. There is no justifiable cause that can support and promote killing of innocent people and destruction of hard-earned property and economy. This was a small list of human rights violations. Let us not move on to UN list of human rights laws.
UN List of Human Rights Laws
After the end of World War II, United Nations (UN), a world-wide organizations came into existence on 24 October 1945. This organization was created by 5 nations; United Kingdom, United States of America, the Soviet Union, France and China. These nations roped in other 47 nations around the world to safeguard the human rights of future generations from war. Over the years more nations joined and today there are more than 191 nations a part of United Nations.
The UN proposed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (всеобщая декларация прав человека). There was a committee formed headed by Mrs. Elanor Roosevelt, who drafted a document that ‘declared’ the rights for every individual in the entire cosmos. This declaration became a necessity after the World War II and the Nazi Germany’s atrocities towards Jews came into light. There probably cannot be any human rights violation that can be compared to the large-scale torture and genocide of Jews under the hands of Nazis. My Future Profession as a Lawyer

All the people interact with the law during their life. At first, every key event in one’s destiny must be fixed in legal documents: birth certificate confirms the childbirth, marriage certificate – the family creation, employment record shows the profession and work experience… Besides, a large purchase (for example, of a house or a car) demands a special contract or a license.
Все люди на протяжении своей жизни взаимодействуют с законом. В первую очередь, каждое ключевое событие в судьбе человека должно быть зафиксировано в юридических документах: свидетельство о рождении подтверждает рождение ребёнка, свидетельство о браке – создание семьи, трудовая книжка показывает профессию и рабочий стаж… Кроме того, крупная покупка (например, дома или машины) требует особого договора или лицензии.
Sometimes, only a specialist of jurisprudence can resolve problems tied with legal documents. A tourist goes to a legal counsel if there is something wrong with his insurance policy; a businessman asks for a legal advice to make a trade agreement more efficient; a person wanting to compose a will must use a notary’s services. Therefore, people need lawyers constantly, in their everyday life.

However, I study at the faculty of law to become an attorney and to work in court. Law is significant not only as a system of documents but also as a regulator of social life preserving ethical norms. Local, state and international laws exist to establish and protect human rights, especially if a person suffers from an offense or a crime. In this situation, the court determines a right and a guilty and appoint punishment in accordance with the guilt – a fine, administrative arrest, or even imprisonment.
Однако я учусь на юридическом факультете, чтобы стать адвокатом и работать в суде. Закон важен не только как система документов, но и как регулятор общественной жизни, сохраняющий этические нормы. Местные, государственные и международные законы существуют, чтобы устанавливать и защищать права человека, особенно если он пострадал от правонарушения или преступления. В этой ситуации суд определяет правого и виновного и назначает наказание в соответствии с виной – штраф, административный арест или даже тюремное заключение.
My dream is to protect human rights in the criminal law: in theft, fraud, murder trials. An attorney should carefully examine the case, the testimony of witnesses and the accused’s personality to achieve justice and avoid a judicial error. Of course, this work is extremely serious and responsible, but important like nothing else.
Моя мечта – защищать права человека в уголовном праве: в процессах о краже, мошенничестве, убийстве. Адвокат должен тщательно изучить дело, показания свидетелей и личность обвиняемого, чтобы добиться справедливости и избежать судебной ошибки. Конечно, эта работа чрезвычайно серьёзна и ответственна, но важна, как ничто другое.
Education plays a very important role in our life. It is one of the most valuable possessions a man can get in his life.
During all the periods of human history education ranked high among people. Human progress mostly depended upon well-educated people. We get our knowledge of this world and life through education. Many famous discoveries would have been impossible if people were not interested in learning something. Self-education is very important for the development of human’s talents. Only through self-education a person can become a harmonically developed personality.
A person becomes a highly qualified specialist after getting some special education. And professionalism can be reached only through it. Even highly qualified specialists from time to time attend refresher courses to refresh their knowledge.
Education develops all sides of human personality, reveals his abilities. Besides, it helps a person to understand himself, to choose the right way in this world. The civilized state differs from others in the fact that it pays much attention to the educational policy. John Kennedy said: “Our progress as a nation can be no swifter than our progress in education”. But it doesn’t concern only one particular nation. We know that science and art belong to the whole world. Before them the barriers of nationality disappear. So education brings people closer to each other, helps them to understand each other better.

Мы знаем, что наука и искусство принадлежит всему миру. Перед ними барьеры национальностей исчезают. Так образование объединяет людей, помогает им лучше понимать друг друга.
Когда на свет появляется ребенок, говорят: «Родился новый человек». А для чего он рождается? Что ждет это крошечное существо? Как он будет жить? Кто будет его охранять, защищать? Что можно и что нельзя делать ему в этом мире? С кем он будет жить?.. Вопросы эти можно перечислять еще очень долго, потому что впереди целая жизнь, длинная дорога, при прохождении которой потребуется много сил, знаний и возможностей. Этот малыш еще не знает своих прав и обязанностей. Но они у него уже есть! Он родился! И этим уже доказал свое первое право – право на жизнь. Ребенок становится полноправным гражданином страны. Каждый из нас имеет право на имя, фамилию, гражданство.
Двенадцатое марта – очень значимый для меня и моих родителей день. Именно в этот день, почти пятнадцать лет назад, родилась я – Чиркова Алсу Максимовна, гражданка России. В свои годы я хорошо знаю, какие права у меня есть и какие обязанности я должна выполнять. В первую очередь у ребенка есть права на семью! Мое рождение с нетерпением ждали мои родители, я у них – первый ребенок! Считаю, что семья – это самое важное право человека, в особенности детей, потому что, каким вырастет ребенок, во многом зависит от того, как относятся к жизни его родители. Именно они должны постепенно приучать своих детей жить в обществе.
Семья – защита от обид,
Для малышей она как щит,
Как прочная она броня,
От холода и от огня.
Родители с самого раннего возраста приучили меня к таким обязанностям, как убирать за собой игрушки, не мусорить на улице, уважать старших, не обижать младших, соблюдать правила дорожного движения и др.
Когда мне исполнилось 7 лет, я пошла в первый класс. Тогда же получила еще одно право – право на получение бесплатного среднего образования. Придя в школу, мы услышали о своих новых обязанностях: носить школьную форму, беречь учебники, готовить домашнее задание, уважать учителей и весь персонал школы. Сейчас я учусь в восьмом классе. В нашем классе учатся абсолютно разные дети. У нас разные национальности, семейные традиции и интересы. Несмотря на различия, у нас одинаковые права. Все мы имеем право на равное обращение. Это значат, что к мальчику нельзя относиться хуже, чем к девочке потому, что он мальчик. Нельзя относиться плохо к тому, кто выглядит по-другому или чем-то отличается от окружающих. Не важно, какой мы национальности, или на каком языке мы разговариваем, насколько богата наша семья, или какие у нас родители. Не важно, какие у нас религиозные взгляды, убеждения и мнения, а также то, здоровы мы или больны. Мы – люди одной страны, а значит, мы все равны!
Не всегда жизнь ребенка зависит от него самого. Не секрет, что некоторые дети воспитываются в неблагополучных семьях, родители выпивают, обижают своих детей. Ребенок не виноват, что родился в такой семье. Как говорится, «сын за отца не отвечает». Такие родители нарушают права ребенка: к детям нельзя жестоко относиться! Много и таких детей, которые, к несчастью, теряют своих родителей и волею судьбы становятся сиротами. Такие дети имеют право на опеку и заботу со стороны государства. Не один ребенок не должен чувствовать себя забытым, нелюбимым и отвергнутым.
Прав еще много: права на медицинскую помощь, наследование, жилище, благоприятную окружающую среду и др. Все они описаны в специальных документах.
Дети в нашей стране защищены. Наше государство заботится о каждом из нас. Мы должны знать свои права и обязанности и стремиться к безоговорочному их исполнению. Если мы будем исполнять все наши обязанности, то добьемся хороших результатов сначала в учебе, а потом и в жизни в целом. А может, прославим нашу Родину яркими достижениями и новыми открытиями!
