Robots are mechanical helpers of humans, that are capable to perform operations, according to the program installed in them. Nowadays, due to the scientific-technical progress, the elaboration of robots can significantly change human’s way of life.
I think that no one could describe the future without robots (and particularly – androids), if they were asked to. And this is clear, cause even now we can see production prototypes, that demonstrate the achievements of scientists and engineers in this field.
And although, there are still a lot of problems to be resolved, I think we can already say with confidence that in the next 20 years better and cheaper technologies will appear in this field, that will lead to the creation of a market of robots of different functional purpose and difficulty level. This means that the androids (and other robots) will live and work among us, entertaining us and helping us in our everyday physical and intellectual labor.
Like in the American cartoon “Futurama” that shows the Earth in 3000 year. People and robots live there jointly. Of course, it’s just a fable, and robots there are kind of animated (they really have soul or mind, like people), but it’s really interesting point, cause sometimes, in the cartoon, they sort of overact and put themselves on the same level with people or even higher. It can really lead to thinking that robots will rule the world!
Sooner or later, robots will become an integral part of our everyday life, like computers or mobile phones. On the other hand, the level of development of robots depends on perfection in areas such as, for example, human speech recognition or artificial intelligence, and they have not had significant progress for several years. Until the experts of this field will not find a new paradigm, robots won’t learn to perform complex integrated actions. But to bring slippers or to vacuum the room – they can do entirely. Actually robot cleaners are very popular right now. So, the future is for robotics, but it will take a few decades.

One day he came home from work, my mother brought a big box. Thomas was interested in it. – Mom, what’s inside? – Asked the boy. -There is a robot. Men have always wanted to build robots. Robots can make life easier. An Englishman named Roger Bacon tried to build a mechanical man. One of the first true robots was an invention made by James Watt. He was the same man who invented the steam engine. Watt wanted a device to control the speed of a steam driven machine to keep it from going too fast. He built a device that would cut off the steam to the machine if it was going too fast. This was a true robot because it was self-regulating.
Real progress in robot making began in the late eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. This was a period called the “Industrial Revolution”. The invention of new kinds of machinery caused a change in ways of making things. Before the Industrial Revolution almost everything was made by hand. After Industrial Revolution almost everything was made by machines. At first these machines were controlled by human beings. This took a lot of time and effort. There was a need for better methods of control. So men began to invent robots. Some of the first robots began to appear in cotton and woollen mills. But it was not until electronic computers gave machines a “brain” and a “memory” that true robots began to appear. Electronic brains give automatic devices a memory and can instruct them what to do under varying conditions. These devices are true robots because they can take care of themselves.
When scientists first learned to make electronic machines duplicate some of the thinking processes of men, true robots became possible. With an electronic memory a robot can see a problem, then look for a solution. The robot tries the solution and tests it. If it doesn’t work the robot looks in its memory for another one until it finds the right solution. This is called the principle of “feedback”.
Work
It is true that people work in order to receive money. But do they have other reasons to work? I strongly believe that money is not the only one goal which forces us to get a job. In my view, people also work because they need a social environment and because at work they can develop their skills and realized their wishes.
First of all, people need to be around other people because we are social creatures. In fact, a person always belongs to a particular social group throughout his life – a kindergarten, a school, and finally, a work. A job means not only working but also interacting with others, sharing, gossiping, even making friends. Also I have some friends who would like to stay at home and depend on their spouses or relatives, they are more likely an exception not a rule. As for me, even though I like and need vacations and holidays, I am getting bored if I don’t have my work for a long time. Moreover, two of my best friends I met at work.
Besides, work is an important tool of developing a person’s character. It gives us an opportunity to apply and develop our skills, to broad our minds and, the most important, through our job we often are able to realize our dreams. For example, I always enjoyed mathematics in school and in the university because I have an analytical mind. It was my favorite subject and I always had excellent grades. As a result, after I had graduated I chose a job in this field and started to work as an economist. I not only use my mathematical skill in my job but also I have got a chance to improve my knowledge and learn new things which is very exciting and makes me love my job. There are many other examples why people like their job. One of my friends can not imagine her life without her work because she adores animals and she works as a veterinarian. She often told me that she her work is more a hobby for her because all these cats and dogs make her very happy. Also, she can not have a pet at home because her husband has an allergy so her work makes her dream become true.
In conclusion, even though money is an important reason why people go for work, it is not the only one. In my opinion, people also work because they need a social environment and because they need to realize themselves.

People work to fend for themselves and to support their families. They work long hours and endure tight schedules. It is certainly bad. When someone doesn’t like what he is doing, sooner or later he gets stressed or depressed.
I don’t think that someone can be successful at work without taking pride in what he does. People who really enjoy their occupation seem to be always happy. They can work all day long spending hours to explore new ideas. To be out of work for a long time makes such people sad and lonesome. They lose not only mass attention and respect but also their self-esteem. Basically, unemployment for these people is devastating.
Nowadays, it isn’t easy to find a good job. Many companies look for highly-experienced and professional staff. Thus, young specialists, who have just graduated from universities, stay without work. They lack knowledge and experience, that’s why their chances to find a proper job are low. However, they should not get upset. Instead they should try to volunteer or to participate in internship programs. This way they can gain necessary skills and experience. Работа
Работа является неотъемлемой частью нашей жизни. Без работы людям становится скучно и безнадежно. Деньги не являются единственной причиной, почему люди работают. Многие профессии должны развиваться и обосноваться с течением времени. Когда они работают, они развивают свои творческие способности и занимают свое место в обществе. Честно говоря, для многих людей работа означает только источник дохода. Они могут работать в течение всего дня, тратя время на исследование новых идей. Оставаясь без работы в течение долгого времени, такие люди становятся грустными и одинокими. Они теряют не только массовое внимание и уважение, но и свою самооценку. В принципе, безработица для этих людей является разрушительной.
В настоящее время, нелегко найти хорошую работу. Многие компании ищут довольно опытных и профессиональных сотрудников. Таким образом, молодые специалисты, которые только что закончили вузы, остаются без работы. Им не хватает знаний и опыта, поэтому их шансы найти подходящую работу низки. Тем не менее, они не должны расстраиваться. Вместо этого они должны пытаться делать добровольческую работу или участвовать в программах стажировок. Robots are mechanical helpers of humans, that are capable to perform operations, according to the program installed in them. Nowadays, due to the scientific-technical progress, the elaboration of robots can significantly change human’s way of life.
I think that no one could describe the future without robots (and particularly – androids), if they were asked to. And this is clear, cause even now we can see production prototypes, that demonstrate the achievements of scientists and engineers in this field.
And although, there are still a lot of problems to be resolved, I think we can already say with confidence that in the next 20 years better and cheaper technologies will appear in this field, that will lead to the creation of a market of robots of different functional purpose and difficulty level. This means that the androids (and other robots) will live and work among us, entertaining us and helping us in our everyday physical and intellectual labor.
Like in the American cartoon “Futurama” that shows the Earth in 3000 year. People and robots live there jointly. Of course, it’s just a fable, and robots there are kind of animated (they really have soul or mind, like people), but it’s really interesting point, cause sometimes, in the cartoon, they sort of overact and put themselves on the same level with people or even higher. It can really lead to thinking that robots will rule the world!
Sooner or later, robots will become an integral part of our everyday life, like computers or mobile phones. On the other hand, the level of development of robots depends on perfection in areas such as, for example, human speech recognition or artificial intelligence, and they have not had significant progress for several years. Until the experts of this field will not find a new paradigm, robots won’t learn to perform complex integrated actions. But to bring slippers or to vacuum the room – they can do entirely. Actually robot cleaners are very popular right now. So, the future is for robotics, but it will take a few decades.

Perhaps, every house will have at least one robot to provide help with a repetitive, boring work. Other than that, robots can be exploited to do the most difficult and dangerous things. They are already sent to explore other planets or to explore deep underwater. They are used in factories to build cars and other electronics. It seems that the only way we can get such things done is to entrust them to robots. In my opinion, the future of scientific progress is impossible without them. Говоря о реалистичных роботах с двумя руками, двумя ногами и головой со встроенным компьютером, эти существа могут быть очень полезны в будущем. Пожалуй, в каждом доме будет, по крайней мере, один такой робот для помощи с рутинной, скучной работой. Кроме того, роботы могут быть использованы для самых сложных и опасных работ. Их уже отправляли изучать другие планеты или исследовать подводные пространства. Они используются на заводах для сборки машин и прочей электроники. Кажется, что справиться с такой работой можно, только доверив ее роботам. На мой взгляд, будущее научного прогресса невозможно без них. Я уверен, что человекоподобные роботы с искусственным интеллектом будут использоваться новыми продвинутыми поколениями.

Топик Роботы рассказывает о возможном будущем, в котором роботы будут во всем помогать человеку. Предполагается разработка новых усовершенствованных моделей, в том числе, и андроидов. Есть еще проблемы, которые предстоит решить ученым, но в будущем обязательно появятся роботы различного функционального назначения и уровня сложности, и они станут такими же обычными для нас, как компьютеры или мобильные телефоны.

Men have always wanted to build robots. Robots can make life easier. An Englishman named Roger Bacon tried to build a mechanical man. One of the first true robots was an invention made by James Watt. He was the same man who invented the steam engine. Watt wanted a device to control the speed of a steam driven machine to keep it from going too fast. He built a device that would cut off the steam to the machine if it was going too fast. This was a true robot because it was self-regulating.
Real progress in robot making began in the late eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. This was a period called the “Industrial Revolution”. The invention of new kinds of machinery caused a change in ways of making things. Before the Industrial Revolution almost everything was made by hand. After Industrial Revolution almost everything was made by machines. At first these machines were controlled by human beings. This took a lot of time and effort. There was a need for better methods of control. So men began to invent robots. Some of the first robots began to appear in cotton and woollen mills. But it was not until electronic computers gave machines a “brain” and a “memory” that true robots began to appear. Electronic brains give automatic devices a memory and can instruct them what to do under varying conditions. These devices are true robots because they can take care of themselves.
When scientists first learned to make electronic machines duplicate some of the thinking processes of men, true robots became possible. With an electronic memory a robot can see a problem, then look for a solution. The robot tries the solution and tests it. If it doesn’t work the robot looks in its memory for another one until it finds the right solution. This is called the principle of “feedback”.
Work
It is true that people work in order to receive money. But do they have other reasons to work? I strongly believe that money is not the only one goal which forces us to get a job. In my view, people also work because they need a social environment and because at work they can develop their skills and realized their wishes.
First of all, people need to be around other people because we are social creatures. In fact, a person always belongs to a particular social group throughout his life – a kindergarten, a school, and finally, a work. A job means not only working but also interacting with others, sharing, gossiping, even making friends. Also I have some friends who would like to stay at home and depend on their spouses or relatives, they are more likely an exception not a rule. As for me, even though I like and need vacations and holidays, I am getting bored if I don’t have my work for a long time. Moreover, two of my best friends I met at work.
Besides, work is an important tool of developing a person’s character. It gives us an opportunity to apply and develop our skills, to broad our minds and, the most important, through our job we often are able to realize our dreams. For example, I always enjoyed mathematics in school and in the university because I have an analytical mind. It was my favorite subject and I always had excellent grades. As a result, after I had graduated I chose a job in this field and started to work as an economist. I not only use my mathematical skill in my job but also I have got a chance to improve my knowledge and learn new things which is very exciting and makes me love my job. There are many other examples why people like their job. One of my friends can not imagine her life without her work because she adores animals and she works as a veterinarian. She often told me that she her work is more a hobby for her because all these cats and dogs make her very happy. Also, she can not have a pet at home because her husband has an allergy so her work makes her dream become true.
In conclusion, even though money is an important reason why people go for work, it is not the only one. In my opinion, people also work because they need a social environment and because they need to realize themselves.

People work to fend for themselves and to support their families. They work long hours and endure tight schedules. It is certainly bad. When someone doesn’t like what he is doing, sooner or later he gets stressed or depressed.
I don’t think that someone can be successful at work without taking pride in what he does. People who really enjoy their occupation seem to be always happy. They can work all day long spending hours to explore new ideas. To be out of work for a long time makes such people sad and lonesome. They lose not only mass attention and respect but also their self-esteem. Basically, unemployment for these people is devastating.
Nowadays, it isn’t easy to find a good job. Many companies look for highly-experienced and professional staff. Thus, young specialists, who have just graduated from universities, stay without work. They lack knowledge and experience, that’s why their chances to find a proper job are low. However, they should not get upset. Instead they should try to volunteer or to participate in internship programs. This way they can gain necessary skills and experience.

Работа является неотъемлемой частью нашей жизни. Без работы людям становится скучно и безнадежно. Деньги не являются единственной причиной, почему люди работают. Многие профессии должны развиваться и обосноваться с течением времени. Например, когда учителя, врачи, художники, композиторы не работают в течение длительного времени, они начинают терять свои навыки. Когда они работают, они развивают свои творческие способности и занимают свое место в обществе. Честно говоря, для многих людей работа означает только источник дохода. Люди работают, чтобы содержать себя и чтобы прокормить свои семьи. Они много работают, и терпят плотный график. Это, конечно, плохо. Если кому-то не нравится то, что он делает, рано или поздно у него начинается стресс или депрессия.
Я не думаю, что кто-то может быть успешным на работе, если не будет гордиться тем, что делает. Люди, которым действительно нравится их занятие, кажутся всегда счастливыми. Они могут работать в течение всего дня, тратя время на исследование новых идей. Оставаясь без работы в течение долгого времени, такие люди становятся грустными и одинокими. Они теряют не только массовое внимание и уважение, но и свою самооценку. В принципе, безработица для этих людей является разрушительной.
В настоящее время, нелегко найти хорошую работу. Многие компании ищут довольно опытных и профессиональных сотрудников. Таким образом, молодые специалисты, которые только что закончили вузы, остаются без работы. Им не хватает знаний и опыта, поэтому их шансы найти подходящую работу низки.
